This is not your standard Sting CD. Indeed, it consists of a reworked Police track used as a title theme of the homonymous movie starring Sylvester Stallone, Wesley Snipes and Sandra Bullock. The EP keeps going with 5 live tracks, all of them recorded in Italy during the “Ten Summoner's Tales” World Tour. Again, Sting reworks on another Police track –King Of Pain-, which runs about 7 min 30 secs. Dominic Miller does an outstanding job that can easily be compared to that of what he previously did on “Purple Haze” and “The Soul Cages”. The CD includes three tracks from Ten Summoner's Tales –The Shape of My Heart, Love Is Stronger Than Justice and It's Probably Me- following Miller's rocking performance on King of Pain. BTW, the latter includes an excerpt of Sister Moon at the very end. Finally, Sting pays a well-deserved tribute to The Beatles on “A Day In The Life”. All in all, even though it is not a full length album, it is worth to check it out, mainly because of the interesting versions of all the above mentioned songs.Track-by-Track Rating:1) Demolition Man (Re-worked version for the homonymous film): 4/52) King of Pain (Live at Villa Manin, Cudiopo , Italy): 4.5/53) Shape of My Heart (Live at Villa Manin, Cudiopo, Italy): 5/54) Love Is Stronger Than Justice (The Munificent Seven) (Live at Villa Manin, Cudiopo, Italy): 4.5/55) It`s Probably Me*(Live at Villa Manin, Cudiopo, Italy):4.5/56) A Day In A Life (The Beatles cover) (Live at Villa Manin, Cudiopo, Italy): 5/5Average rating: 4.58 starsKey tracks: Demolition Man, King Of Pain, Shape of My Heart, It`s Probably Me, A Day In The Life*It features a snippet of "Sister Moon".BOTTOM LINE: This may not be an essential stuff for the average Sting fan. But, if you are a die-hard one or a completist, this one is a huge winner.
